Effective date: July 17, 2026 · Applies to all Sotoon LLC games, including StonkMaster

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing a Sotoon LLC game ("the Games"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Games.

2. Entertainment only — not financial advice

The Games are entertainment products. They are not trading platforms, brokerages, or financial advisors, and nothing in them constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. No real money is invested, won, or lost in gameplay. Any in-game currency, portfolio value, or return has no real-world monetary value.

3. Historical market data

Games may display historical stock market data and real company names and ticker symbols. This data is used solely for gameplay. Past performance does not indicate future results. Sotoon LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company, exchange, or data provider whose information appears in the Games.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Games on devices you own, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms. The Games, including their code, art, audio, and content, are the property of Sotoon LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

5. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads) are processed by the app store. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or the app store's policies. Use the store's Restore Purchases mechanism to recover purchases on a new device.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, cheat-modify, or redistribute the Games, and not to use them in any unlawful way.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical data is complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sotoon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial decisions you make outside the Games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Games and these Terms. Continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We'll update the effective date above when Terms change.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sotoon LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
